Class Descriptions

A.B.T. (Abs Butt Thighs) - A.B.T. is sure to focus on all the right places.  This 30 minute class may incorporate a bench, weights, squats and even lunges.  Top that off with abdominal exercises sure to tighten up those abs.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels and sure to leave you coming back for more.

 

Arms & Abs - Ths express class focuses strictly on the upper body.  Be ready to define those abs and sculpt those triceps.  Suitable for all levels.

 

Bootcamp - We Want You!  Get ready to be pushed (ENCOURAGED) during this 40-60 minute cardio workout.  This class combines plyometrics and calisthenics drills to offer a challenging option in your cardio routine.  Also, be prepared for a circuit that may involve pushups and maybe a few lunges.

 

Express Body Sculpt - Short on time?  Need a quick workout? This 45 minute class wiill focus on sculpting sleek and toned muscles. A variety of equipment and exercises will be incorporated into this fun and energizing class.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.

 

Indoor Cycling - This energizing class is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels.  Indoor Cycling combines inspirational music, expert coaching, and a variety of training principles all at an individualized pace.  Be prepared to sweat!

 

Interval - Blast away calories with this fast paced workout!  This class will let each participant challenge themselves through a number of 1 minute work periods followed by 3 to 5 minutes of recovery.  It may also include strength exercises.  Be ready to shuffle, jump, jog, and even step through a few basic combinations to burn those calories.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Kickboxing - Jab, punch, and kick your way through this cardio class.  This class utiilizes a combination of martial arts and boxing skills.  You may even participate in a 'Turbo Kick'™ class packed with upbeat music and kickboxing combinations sure to increase your strength and endurance.  Kickboxing is appropriate for all fitness levels.

 

Killer Abs (15 min) - A 15 minute non-aerobic class focusing on core strength and stability.  Focusing strictly on the abdominal region and training the lower back.  Killer Abs is sure to toughen up any mid-section and is suitable for all fitness levels.

 

On The Ball - Ready to be a kid again?!?  This 45 minute class will utilize the exercise ball while targeting each muscle group.  You may also use hand weights or a weighted bar to enhance your workout.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Pilates - A basic mat Pilates class that may incorporate teh stability ball for added work.  You will sculpt a leaner, tighter body in a controlled, non-impact class and improve core strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.  Pilates is appropriate for all fitness levels.

 

PIYO - An athletic fusion style strength and flexibility mat class.  It combines energetic, powerful moves into a fluid, challenging workout for everyone.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Power Sculpt - This 45 or 60 minute class will focus on sculpting strong muscles with a variety of equipment and exercises.  It may also incorporate a bench and/or exercise ball.  Plan on getting those muscles toned and tightened.  Appropriate for all fitness levels.

 

Step & Sculpt - This is a high-energy cardio class that alternates step choreography with intense muscle conditioning exercises.  This is the ultimate total body workout and will definitely be one of your favorites.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Straight Up Strength - Need a quick strength class to sculpt and strengthen those muscles?  This 5:35 am eye opener is sure to do the trick.  Class may incorporate a bench, weighted bar, or hand weights.  Suitable for all levels.
